Why do we need a summit for Black women in tech & finance?

There is a lack of representation of Black women in tech and finance

  • Black women represent only 0.7% of all jobs in UK Tech & 3% in the U.S

  • Black women represent only 0.5% of dealmakers in Finance

  • 20,000 Black women are missing from the technology workforce in the UK

  • Black women make up only 4% of C-Suite positions in finance

  • This lack of diversity is costing businesses to lose out on $1.05 trillion
